Open the Store app and search for your app or game.
Right click on Windows Start > Right click on Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in. Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer. Enter wsreset.exe then select OK Note: A blank command prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically. Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt.
Not sure if this would be the cause or just the first evidence of the issue. Press the Windows key + R to open a Run dialog box. This method is suitable for those users who have originally removed modern applications from the Windows image, as well as owners of Windows 10 LTSC Enterprise, which does not have any preinstalled UWP applications at all.
